One-on-One and Per-Session Coaching

One-on-one coaching works. Based on my experience, one-on-one is the most effective way to enact change because it forces you to be accountable and offers a comfortable option for you to discuss obstacles you are facing. When you sign up for a session with me, you’ll receive coaching, mentoring, and an assessment of your skills. Education remains an important component of my coaching sessions because each of you is at a different level.

We all have those days when the world seems to be overwhelming. But to move forward in your career, you need to seize every opportunity to learn and grow. Don’t go it alone.

I meet with clients once per week for 50-60 min on Zoom Video Conferencing for a minimum of 6 weeks. During our sessions, we work together with intensive challenges and touch on the areas where you are strugglingAfter that time, when you’re ready to branch out, we can adjust the sessions to meet your mentoring needs.

Depending on your focus and individual preferences, we can continue working together one-on-one. With one-on-one, there’s no holding back, lurking, hiding, or getting lost in a group. We partner to implement your plan of action and when you show up for a session, you get my undivided attention. That is what will 10x your results.

Per Session allows you to schedule as you go. Work, travel, and family should remain a priority and there are days, weeks, and months when time is at a premium. But you can still carve out an hour for yourself with my per-session coaching option. We will use the time to go deep into a story idea you have, solve a problem, critique copy, or work on pitching.

Group Sessions. Live sessions are in the works for the coming months but in the meantime, when you book a session, you’ll receive access to my private Facebook group with 24/7 access to challenges, tips, and a Q & A.

Change isn’t easy and sometimes in life, everything must come together cohesively before you reap the benefits. That’s precisely when you need someone in your corner to hold you to your goals.
